How to Return an item
* RMA is required for ALL returns.
Castlebar Corporation requires a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returned merchandise. Please contact us at one of the options below for an RMA number and shipping address. Castlebar Corporation is not responsible for merchandise returned and/or received at our facility without a proper RMA.
Returns on any item must be made within 15 days from the Date-of-Delivery. Castlebar Corporation reserves the right to refuse any items received beyond 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping charges for returning merchandise will be at the buyer's expenses. All returns received past 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No returns are accepted on special orders.
All items are subject to inspection upon receipt and must be accompanied by the
issued RMA number marked clearly on the exterior of the package. No returns will be accepted on any merchandise which has been modified or altered. All items must be received in new condition: unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately so that we may remedy the error and issue an RMA for any incorrect or damaged products.
